It is important to keep our dogs safe in cars and vans while travelling. There are numerous types of dog safety harness available on the market these days.
I like to use a seatbelt type of safety harness myself. The advantage of the safety harness is that it goes around the chest and body and holds the dog to the seatbelt in case of a sudden stop or accident. Otherwise the dog could go flying forward and be injured on the dashboard, the back of the front seat, or even the windshield. Additionally, in the event of an accident where the windows are broken or a door flies open, the dog might get loose on a busy roadway and be hit by a car, whereas the safety harness keeps the dog secured inside the car until people can release the seatbelt.

I have two cats and a dog and, as you can imagine, the upkeep on my little family can get a bit expensive. Luckily I found great discount cat supplies online. There was a wonderful selection of everything that my guys need, be it a bed, feeders or shampoos. The best part is I feel like I’m really engaging with people who understand cats and dogs and not just some kid who works at a chain store who thinks that all cats are female.

You may not think that dogs can get sick because they have furry little coats, but that is not always the case. My dog, Chuck, got sick the other week, primarily because we went out for a jog in the rain. A few days later, Chuck was sneezing every few seconds and acted like a lethargic toddler.
While the vet said he just caught a little cold, he also suggested that I get a dog coat for Chuck. A little while afterwards, I bought him one and now when we decide to go off on a drizzling jog, I don’t have to worry about him getting sick.
